Good find in Burbank From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Our rent has increased from $1400 to $1600 in 2.5 years for a 2Bed/2bath. New carpet and paint in building help keep it looking nice. Apartments on the east side of the building are much cooler than the west side. Security guard in the garage after 10 p.m. Excellent location (close to grocery stores, 4 Starbucks, freeway, Burbank airport).
