Very expensive for what you get. It used to be worth it when the old apartment managers (Terri and Marcus) were there, but the management company has deteriorated. Make sure you get everything in writing from the current management as they are not trustworthy. The pipes in the building are extremely loud - loud enough to wake people up at night. Packages often go missing (3 lost boxes in two years). My advice is to keep looking as there are much better apartments in the area for less money.
