My boyfriend and I have lived at Town Center for almost two years. We made a rush decision and have lived to regret it for two years! In addition to the complaints I've read from the other reviews seen here, recently a few cars were broken into in the "secured" garages. While it is seen fit by management to put surveillance cameras in the gym to protect their exercise equipment, it isn't seen fit to put cameras in the garages to protect the tenants property. One tenant even had their motorcycle stolen and now has to rent a garage elsewhere just to keep it safe. And when things like this happen, the management places the responsibilty and blame on us. They say we should make sure our garage doors are working properly and that all the gates close properly. Isn't that what we pay them for' We pay a premium rent and expect premium housing. What we get, instead, is sub-par management, sub-par grounds, and sub-par amenities. I believe there are roughly 300 units, yet only one person to clean the complex. And two days out of the week it doesn't get cleaned at all. So what you get is a nice odor of dog urine and trash receptacles that overflow. Not what you expect for what you pay. So my advice to anyone reading is to look elsewhere, you'll thank me for it later!
