Town Center Apartments

This place sucks! From: sushi23 Date posted: 7/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The staff is nonresponsive. they dont care about what issues your having. If you have something wrong in your apartment, they take forever to come and fix it. Not to mention, the rent amount is outrageous. When we first moved in, we were told our rent would not increase the following year if we renewed our contract for a year. But, they increased it by a $100 anyway. So we are moving out. The parking spots are too small. Not only that, they initially assigned spots to us that were already taken!!! They are very unorganized. Not only that, for the one year that I lived there, we have seen three different managers. That tells you something about this place. Plus, there is very poor insulation.I can hear my neighbor coughing.
