I agree with all of the negative issues being brought up by all of the other reviews. I've live in the complex for almost two years and it's definitely getting worse. My hot water was off one evening and I paged the off hours pager I never got a response. I have a mini van that I have to park sideways so I wont get blocked in, because they crammed 3 cars in to an area where only two cars should. I complained to the management and they told me that they would have the newly assigned tenant moved, but it never happend she's still parking next to me. They do not respond or call you back I've left several messages. It's like they only care about collecting the rent. Everything else is of no consequence. I bet if the rent wasnt paid, you'd certainly hear from management! Security is going by the wayside. I've complained that screen to the window in the laundry room was removed and that there were footprints on the counter as if someone climb in, but everyday I pass this window and the screen is still missing and the window is wide open. Doors to the complex are broken and access is no problem. In light of recent events in our neighborhood, ie. sharon santos abduction, you'd think they would at least give the impression that they cared about their tenents. That is the bottom line. They only care about the bottom line.MONEY. I only staying long enough to have enough money to buy our own place and put the nightmare behind us.
