let's face it, all dogs respond to any stimulus. They are inherently that way. Do tenants realize how sensitive a dogs hearing is? It is much more than humans. Also, you must take into account that certain breeds are more verbal than others.....it has nothing to do with training. Imagine it was your animal that someone is complaining about. If there is an issue at hand, try to resolve it amicably rather than adding to the problem and causing more tension.

Well, if your dogs are more "verbal", then why don't you have the common courtesy to keep them inside and hire a Pet Care Provider that you approve of (but.....obviously, you wouldn't approve of anyone; you're just way too full of ego and ignorance. I'd LOVE to try to resolve this, as you oh so eloquently put it "amicably" but, from what I have been told by many residents here (and NOT by D.R.herself who; I think has proposed to put an end to all of this --------), is that, you, yourself, are NOT an "approuchable individual" and; unlike D.R., would NOT have the maturity and patience to deal with being told to "---- Off".
