I too have suffered through several barking dogs left unattended all day and am well aware of the 2 famous ones. It seems that most of the tenants have 2 dogs and there is always a pair to dodge when I take a stroll.
Like most, my unit has had water damage on numerous occasions. It appears that maintenance can't locate the leaks.
Then there are the revolving door managers. They seem to average about 3 per year lately.
A good analogy of this complex is like the keep putting frosting on a rotting cake. It looks good at a glance but underneath it's a mess.
Oh, I almost forgot the walls and ceilings are so thin without insullation you can hear other tenants snoring and actually smell it when they have used the bathroom due to the way the vents are hooked up.
On a brite note, if you are comfortable in a Motel 6 you would like it here (except for the dogs).
