Ok. We moved here several months ago. Own a dog and a cat ourselves. But, atleast we have the courtesy to train our dog to not bark non-stop at all hours of the day. Most dogs here seem to know how to act like "dogs"; yes, they may bark at someone or whine at one time or another but, to have to hear endless hours of barking from the same 2 obnoxious and obviously untrained dogs who face Andover (and are obviously kept out on the patio all day) is something the management should have put an end to long ago. Don't they see how this deters prospective residents' Can't they hear those endless barks from the office' We live way down the hall and can STILL hear that obnoxious barking day after day; even on weekends. We're about to move out ourselves (as soon as our lease is up) just because this has become such a nuisance and just plain inconsiderate to ourselves and to many of our neighbors. If you own a dog(s); accept the responsibilities that come with it. Train them, spend time with them; don't just keep them on the patio to give everyone ELSE who lives here a headache. If you are Mgmt., then DO something about it to make the residents you have living here happier. We can only come to the conclusion that these residents must be relatives of the Mgmt. (or Mgmt. themselves). Shame on them.
