How do you expect dogs to be perfectly behaved when there is constant noise, banging on walls, loud TV's, kids walking by calling out the dogs names, skateboarders riding down the sidewalk and teasing the dogs and so on. Dogs are dogs not kids, they react to noise no matter how well trained they are. These dogs have been here for 2 years and there has been no compalints till now. How do you explain that.
And for the record they are not locked up on the balcony all day, but they do have the freedom to go to the balcony if they want. Not to mention that they get walked at least half an hour per session, 3 times a day.
I really find it interesting that all these complaints started after the dogs "dog walker" that just happens to live next door was fired for intruding on our privacy and all of the sudden the whole complex wants to complain about these dogs. I don't hear any complaints about the other bigger and louder dogs that are constantly barking.
People this is a community across from a large public park, which has softball games going on most of the night almost all the time. If you wanted to live in a quiet place try a retirement home. You guys must have nothing better to do with your lives than to make other people as miserble as you are. Find something to do or maybe get a job so that you aren't sitting at home and looking for problems and things to complain about.

Maybe these residents should buy a house so they won't have any reason to ----- and complain.

People.....you live in a dog friendly community! DOGS ARE GOING TO BARK!!!! If you don't want to hear it....don't live where DOGS ARE ACCEPTED! THIS WHOLE THING IS ASININE. It's almost as though those at TC are ready to burn people at the stake for dogs barking. There's got to be more to life than complaining about barking! Also, to those who are constantly complaining and who have dogs, finding a place where you are allowed to keep a dog is not the easiest. Show a little compassion for others. Life is too short for such bickering!
