I was just told about this site from a neighbor. The "review" regarding the dogs is just so unfair and such a bunch of lies. You should be ashamed at yourself for stooping so low. I, myself, am disabled, own a dog myself and, know for a fact that your 2 obnoxious dogs are not even taken to the park ONCE a day. You see, as I've stated, I, unfortunately have a handicap and cannot give my dog the attention and exercise she deserves. I did extensive background searches and referrals and, the Pet Sitter that you so called "fired" is again, was unjustly called for. I personally, think it was big relief for her. Many, and I mean MANY of the residents actually thought YOUR dogs were HER dogs; the only person they ever saw them with and AT THE PARK with playing, was HER. "Firing" is NOT what happended and I know this for a fact. You see, I watch her with my dog(and with countless others) across the street and coudn't be happier with the love and care and additional visits with no extra charges she gives my dog. Ok, I have to admit; I have NOT heard your dogs whine and bark in the last week or two; I only hope these residents (YOU) have given them to a home whose owners have the time to give these dogs the love, affection and attention they deserve. Regarding the new management; again, it seems as if you are just such a very unhappy individual and feel the need to vent. Well, my advice to you is: GO, leave and purchase or rent a house. That way, you won't have anyone complaining about you and you can neglect your dogs all you want although, again, I very much hope that you have placed them with a family who can spend the time with them that they deserve. The new management is wonderful. Maybe YOU aren't happy with them because all of the previous management truly didn't do what management SHOULD be doing; which, is their job. Prior managers and office staff just let things slide and after one complains about something for months and don't get any response, that, in my eyes, is NOT what Mgmt. is supposed to do. Beleive me, and I know this is not nice to write but, why don't you just leave. I guarentee NO ONE here will miss you; including myself. If you care to speak to me in person, please do so. And, then, you can see how MY dog doesn't have a barking attack everytime someone walks by on the sidewalk. You should be fortunate and thankful that you DO have 2 working legs and ARE able to care for your dogs and walk and play with them; which we all know you don't. So, in closing, as I stated before, go find yourself a house and then you can vent at the walls; NOT at other residents or Mgmt, which, is so rude and uncalled for.

Thank you whoever wrote this review; no one could have said it better than you. And, I'm SURE that the Mgmt. and yes, MY pet sitter; who they "fired" (ha ha) appreciated it as well.

I personally haven't heard the dogs as much as people say. I have heard them occasionally but dogs do bark once in a while. If it was 24/7 I would definitely have complained about them. As far as management, I have to disagree with you. They are complete idiots. Yeah some things can wait to be fixed however, when my window is leaking getting water all over the floor and my furniture and it takes over two months to get it fixed. I believe that is unacceptable. I would move and break my lease if I could however with all of the fees they attach on it makes it financially impossible. I'm leaving the second my lease is up.
