Ugh, what a change this place took on after we signed the lease. There for a little over two years, and things went steadily downhill...revolving door management, ceiling leaks, annoying neighbor children, dog feces everywhere, maintenance calls unanswered...a major disappointment on all fronts. After reading the reviews posted here, it seems things got even worse (which doesn't seem possible.)
Forget getting your deposit back - the pirates in the management office will find any way or reason to justify keeping 90% of it. Bleach spot on the carpet the size of a pea' They dock you. Smudge on the wall' They dock you. Easy Off not taking away the oven stain' They dock you. They're going to recarpet and repaint anyway, I just don't see the reason to take MY money in order to do it.
Avoid this place at all costs - there are plenty of alternatives in the Burbank area...heck, there are places to rent in third world countries which are probably more pleasant too...

You couldn't have said it ANY BETTER. This place is a TOTAL nightmare; NOONE; with ANY desire to live in a "respected" and "well thought of" community should even take the time to take a tour of this shack of a property.

I agree about the incompetent and very unfriendly office staff - try and get any information about garbage, etc. My other big HATE is the status of the laundry rooms - of course a lot of that is due to the insensitive people who live in the complex - why do people have to toss their used drdyer sheets and lint all over the place. WHY do they open your dryers when they are running...and then not re-start the dryers again - it just cost me almost 5.00 to do ONE load of laundry, due to this practise.
Back to the complex - WHY is the fromt "prettied up" and lthe back left looking like the getto it is - to fool the prospective clients, of course!!!
