Ok, it seems now that the "wonderful" mgmt. here has the option to delete any review they choose.
I personally know that several of the residents here wrote reviews in the past several days and now they have somehow disappeard. Gee; wonder how THAT could happen. If someone wants to voice their opinion regarding this community, it should be kept here; isn't that what this site is for'
Maybe mgmt. should spend more of their time conducting business and deal with resident's issues instead of logging onto this site for hours; just trying to cover-up all of the comments that voice negativity to this shack of a complex.
CANNOT WAIT UNTIL OCTOBER; YES THERE WILL BE ANOTHER GRAND PARTY UPON OUR LEAVING THIS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISMANAGED HELL-HOLE.

Oh boy,just HOW LOW can YOU; yes YOU; you horrific office personnel (if that's what you call yourselves) go??
Just returned from the pool and heard from another resident that you have taken it upon yourselves to "let various residents go; whether they wish to or not". You 3 are nothing but trouble and this property has NEVER been in SUCH need of an efficient and professional office staff than it is now.
Oh, I get it; you're just bringing in trash; that comparable to yourselves. You should be so very ashamed; how you sleep at night I'll never know.
Just as SOON as we can give our 30-day notice, you will be rid of us too. (or maybe (and HOPEFULLY) we'll receive notice from you too that you are asking us to leave this slum-ridden housing project. Again, have you NO conscience?You should be so VERY ashamed of yourselves.
Go back to Hollywood Blvd or the Strip; I'm sure that's where your only previous work experience has been.

My thoughts exactly. I STILL; and it's going on 9 months now, have water leaks that for SOME reason, the "Oh, we'll get to it immediately" office staff gives me(ha ha; what a bunch of liars and incompetant no-brains they are); they'll get to it after they do their nails and gossip and take 2 hour lunch breaks and close the office before posted hours of operation. This is NO place to live if you want to have a "normal" life; with what we pay in rent; THEY should be paying US to stay here.

I Can't agree more! I have been posting reviews and comments that have been deleted. I can't wait until my lease is up! Then I can get away from this hell hole!

Just tried to write a review but, again, for SOME reason, it won't "post." Has Town Center sunk SOOOOOOO low that they won't even let their current residents post their thoughts???
Well; here are our's. We are moving out this weekend and, upon one of the trips back to our dungeon of an apt., found a "Resident Referral Bonus" tag on our doorknob.
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!! Who on EARTH would EVER refer ANYONE they had ANY relation with to this slum-like place? And for $500.00???? That's even MORE of a joke. You would need to pay ANYONE MUCH MORE than that amount to even CONSIDER living here.
So, I take it; FINALLY those brainless bimbo's in the office have now come to the realization that they have more vacancies than occupied apt's.
We've lived here for several years and have NEVER seen SUCH a dramatic turn in the number of people saying "So long Selby!" Wake up to the realization that WHAT you have in the office this month (I'm sure it'll change in a month or two as it always has), is NO GOOD for Town Center. They don't belong in the office; they belong on Social Security.
To all of you who have ATTEMPTED to write a "new review"; don't waste your time. It won't get posted.

Well, I can only assume that the "wonderful" mgmt. here has somehow notified this site to not allow any "new" review's" to be posted so, I'll just have to add my "two cents" here.
Regarding that "Resident Referral Bonus"; OH MY GOD; GIVE US ALL A BREAK!!! As someone else wrote; it's just a LITTLE too late to try to rectify ALL of the unhappiness you have caused to SO many wonderful and worthy residents.
I've lived here almost 10 years and am just WAITING until my lease is up. Does mgmt. REALLY BELIEVE ANYONE who has lived here; for even the past several months, would have the desire to even SUGGEST to anyone to move into this "Frown Center?"
Maybe they should now realize the extensive damage they have done to this place. Every day I see moving vans outside the property; NOT to move people in BUT; to move people OUT.
I, along with so many others, only HOPE you now have got it through your brainless heads and can see how your unprofessionalism and uncaring ways have permanently put SUCH negativity within Town Center.
YOU ALL ARE THE ONE'S WHO SHOULD BE MOVING (yes, YOU; the office mgmt.) Then, maybe some of us would consider staying. No, I think it's a bit too late for apologies and ANY hope to make this place what it USED to be 8 years ago; a warm and wonderful place to call "home"; now it's just a shabby, vandalism-filled, filthy dwelling.
