I've been a tenant since Oct 2006 and love it here. The building is well-kept and maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The office staff has always been pleasant, with the exception of Kathleen who actually works at another complex but helps out here. The new management hopefully won't jeopardize the great strides that have taken place. The reviews in 2004-05 on this site indicated complaints about things that I've never seen. We are under new management now which has shown signs of concern. In the past, you were never bothered with menial things and they were on top of notices when residents left garbage out, noise complaints, etc. Craig was a good guy to work with and obviously remedied alot of those past problems. I hope new management doesn't lose sight of the fact that we pay very high rent here and therefore expect the level of service to continue. Seems like just recently the exercise room has been neglected and laundry facilities have machines out of order. These were never problems before. The most recent complaint on this site about the dog policy being changed without notice, is troubling - even more troubling is the response to that complaint (it sounded like management snapping back in poor taste). All said, this has been a GREAT place to live. I hope I can say that a few months from now!

I am a tenant here also. My neighbor decided to tell me about this site!! Well, I think I am one of the only people who has a dog here and actually complains about the pee and defecation that is left on property by some lazy neighbors that don't want to walk their dogs!! I don't blame management at all for changing the policy about NO DOGS. If we can't work together and abide by the rules...they will change. I have been happy here for two years now with my 2 dogs and want to keep it that way!! Why is everybody always coming down on management? I look a t it this way....we live here in Town Center...why is it always everybody elses fault and no one takes responsiblity here? I have kids running, playing ball against my wall, riding their scooters at 1:00am and the parents don't seem to care!!!! like I said before, we are all adults...do you want the office to take car of EVERYBODY'S actions? How frustrating that we all can't be responsible.
