That dog that sounds like a person screaming From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Someone--I don't know who--has a little dog, and when it barks it sounds like a person is being strangled. I hate that dog. By the way, some of us can hear everything that goes on in the courtyard, not by choice. Although I'm sure it was very emotional when you broke up with your girlfriend via cellphone near the now torn-out fountain, I'm trying to watch the damned television.
