Great Living in Toluca Lake From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This was the best place that I've lived in Los Angeles. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This building is convenient to studios and shopping and just about anything. It is in Toluca Lake just off of Riverside Drive. You can be in Hollywood in about 5 minutes, but come home to this quiet neighborhood. OUR APARTMENT We had a very nice one bedroom with cathedral cielings, fireplace (gas), gas stove, central air/heat, etc. THE BUILDING The building comes with a pool and underground parking. It is well kept and always clean. Kyle, the manager, will get your stuff fixed! OVERALL We loved living at the building and looked into moving back, but there were no vacancies when we needed to move.
