Valley Apartments

I love it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived at Valley Apartments for two years and have been very happy. Management is great, and yes, there are rent increases each year, but how can you get around that' The place is always clean and any maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the other tenants here are fantastic. Location can't be beat, but Friday nights are a hassle because of the car show nearby. It's best to get home and stay there. And, by the way, this is not Toluca Lake. It's Burbank, and we are proud of it!
