Valley Apartments

Not Worth it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived here for 18 months and my experience from day one hasn't been so great. The manager here is always M.I.A. and when you do get a hold of her she either can't answer your questions or will lie to your face. There's one, I repeat one maintenance man who also has a full time job, barely speaks English and is never on the premises in the even of an emergency. My apartment has been flooded from the apartment above twice. The walls are thin. And after 18 months the manager still has not plugged my info into the gated entry access so that I may buzz in my guests. The apartments are spacious but due to lack of service it's not worth it.
