Been here 4 months, luckily I did a 6 month lease. Moved in to one of the newly renovated apartments. Week 1, had a package stolen outside my door - this can happen when the mailboxes are to small & the management office is always closed (Manager always MIA). Week 2 & on, construction workers damaged my vehicle when it was parked next to a walkway & they left one bad clean up job behind; & then the truth of the superficial apt came forward: Exploding pipes when using hot water & disposal (i.e. plastic pipes); appliances are of the bottom shelf quality - refrig: no glass bottles in back or they explode & no vegetables in front or they waste in a day; wash your dishes before putting them in dishwasher. The stove still doesn't work fully. You like bugs (window screens are the wrong size)' Overall - construction noise starting from 8am (not everyday); noisy neighbors (everyday & they have no consideration for loud talking even at 3-4 am) & just a warning, anyone considering, just don't be within ear of the pool; maintenance (one guy) & prefers to work on your apt needs when you're not there. Pros: the built-in Washer & Dryer are very nice & the apartment itself is spacious. Cons: well stated. P.S. not handicap friendly, but very dog friendly.
