Angelina, Ashley and all are very unprofessional. They will lie all the time, tell one thing and do other. Please consider so many times before The Toluca 29% Recommended Apr 18 2008: One of the apartments had a serious cockroach problem and it spread to several other apartments. The new management, JPI, sprayed in their multiple times but it didn't work. The roaches spread to surrounding apartments and they too had to Town Center Apartments 16% Recommended Apr 11 2008: Someone--I don't know who--has a little dog, and when it barks it sounds like a person is being strangled. I hate that dog. By the way, some of us can hear everything that goes on in the courtyard, not by The Toluca 29% Recommended Apr 10 2008: The building has been completely renovated and the new mng co JPI has really lovely professional people working in the office there. I had small service requests which were carried out the next day. The maintenance staff is really nice Town Center Apartments 16% Recommended Mar 22 2008: I've been a tenant since Oct 2006 and love it here. The building is well-kept and maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The office staff has always been pleasant, with the exception of Kathleen who actually works at another |
