old but good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived in a studio at 235 Anita for a year and had a mostly positive experience. POSITIVES Well-organized, responsive management Clean common areas (someone came to vacuum the common hallway once every week) Safe neighborhood and building Less than 5 minute walk to Caltrain station and Burlingame Ave. restaurants and shops New carpet and bathroom fixtures LARGE closets (can almost fit an entire twin bed in there!) Quiet during the day Gas stove Laundry on the premises Crown molding on the ceilings NEGATIVES Building is old, and therefore, damp if you don't turn the heat on in the winter (causing mold) Not everyone in the building gets a parking space (9 spaces for 11 units) Kitchen was a little dated If you live on the first floor, you experience the typical noise above you
