I happened upon this site while looking around at apartments and could not believe that the Arlington Apartments are still as bad as when I lived there in 1992-1993. I lived on the second floor in the nice white building. The inside of my apartment had beautiful moldings and I had a huge flip out window.

But...

As noted in the other two posts, the management at the time I lived there was horribble. I complained about a loud stereo below me and was later confronted by the tenant after the "Management" had given him my name and apartment number. The offending tenant told me that the "Management" had said I was a complainer and that he didn't need to do anything about the music.

Another woman in a first floor unit had her possessions ruined when the "Management" refused to fix a leak from some pipes.

The walls are like rice paper.

Living in a bird cage would afford more noise insulation.

But nice location in Burlingame.
