I live here for 2 years. The size of the bedroom and living room are quite big.
The only thing about this apartment is the thin wall, you can hear people talking next door. Sometimes in the morning you won't get hot water because when many people taking shower, the water become just warm or a bit cold.
Closet are big enough, kitchen shelves are plenty, you will get more than you need.
Other than that, I am quite happy here.

I've lived at this property for almost two years now and I would agree with most everything said above. With the exception of the fact that these are, for the most part, very small one bedroom apartments. The price is right for the area and they recently installed new windows and painted the exterior too. But inside the hallways and common areas are still kind of funky and sometimes dirty. Overall this place is a great value in a high priced area. I???ll be sticking around for some time to come.

I have also lived here for many years and if the tenants would be more responsible to the entries to their own units, well figure it out. The Bldg is quiet, clean, and very reasonable for its location, they have worked in a timely manner to improve the Bldg. I would recommend it.
