DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING HERE. CONSTANT RENT INCREASE OF 25% OR MORE. AN EXTREMELY GREEDY OWNER WHO KEEP IMPROVING THEIR PROPERTY AT THE COST OF THEIR TENANTS. THE ELEVATOR BREAKS EVERY OTHER DAY. THE GARBAGE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY. THEY NEVER VACUM HALLWAYS. ALL YOU GET ARE RENT BEING INCREASED EVERY OTHER MONTH. MOST APARTMENTS ARE NOISY AND DUSTY BECAUSE CLOSE TO EL CAMINO. WHEREEVER YOU HAVE TO RENT DO NOT RENT HERE
