FORGET RENTING HERE IF YOU DO NOT TO GET RENT HIKES

i AM MOVING OUT. i HAVE RECEIVED A HUGE RENT HIKE AFTER JUST MOVING IN. the new owners give you new rent every few months. elevator breaks down. the apartments are noisy. laundry rooms are old almost 60 YEARS. My wife and I have been very upset with new rent hikes and lack of any concern or care for residents.
