Burlingame Towers Apartments

Unbearably cold!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The apartments offer absolutely no protection from the weather. The heat is useless and the management has no intention of addressing this issue. They have, however, increased the rent numerous times. When I complained about the cold, I was told that there is no problem and that I should not let myself be brainwashed by other tenants.
