Very good Apartment Managers, nice large apartments

This is a slightly older buiding on a very quite street near shops, Milbrae CalTrain, not too far from 101 and just off Trousdale so easy access to the 280.
The location is off main roads so the apartments themselves are generally quite and pleasant.
There are planned and impromptu gatherings at the pool. There's a nice mix of people in the buidling...everything from retired folks, a few families (on the ground floor) to single working people.
The manager keeps the apartment carpets, drapes, etc well. The carpets and drapes are new or clean.
The stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators are older and not the best quality but it's very easy to get repairs.
Parking is pretty good in a secured parking lot. The washer/dryer room is a bit worn and there are limits to the number of loads you can wash at one time. But with a little patience and cooperation it's all good.
Overall it's a very nice place to live in Burlingame!
