I have been living at this place for the past 5 years. there used to be manager(Florence & JIM) that were let go for other reasons. however the owners brought in a new manager that has no respect for the residents, does no planning, very rude, doesnt understand English properly and lot more.

she plans outages such as water or electricity during the most needed hours. like water outage from 8 am to 10 am or power outage from 9 pm to 8 pm e.t.c. bottom line a crazy person.

the pool was leaking for a year or so. so they scheduled a repair in the summer. SUMMER '. yes when you need to use the pool most the pool is out for construction. this is during the month of June & July 2006 when there were 8 spare-the-air days within the 2 months with temperatures reaching record 100 degrees in the area. the manager scheduled the pool repair work and left for a month long vacation. so resident had to suffer in the heat without the pool.

There was a lot of dust and noise from the pool repai that went on from 8 am to 8 pm for about 25 days within the 2 month period. my backyar was filled with a 1 inch layer of cement from the construction and when asked to arrange for cleaning the manager's response was "it is your own backyard so you have to clean it. i gave you a notice regarding the repair". Hello.....the notice doesn't say anything about the magnitude of sound or dust. and even if you said, not sure what i could have done to preven dust coming into my back yard. the dust is even inside the apartment and her advice is to close all the doors & windows and sit inside. excuse me '. with 100 degree temperatures outside you want me to close all the doors & windows and sit inside the apartment '. how am i going to breath '. where is the ventilation '.

so folks you get an idea of what this manager is. so keep away from this place.

I APPRECIATE the honesty. Bad service is important to know about in this day and age. People need to EARN youre money and respect.

Why not sue the manager? A class action will make the lawsuit lucrative to lawyers.
