Rodents, Fireworks, Bleached Laundry, and No Accountability

Been here for 18 months...looked good at first.....
1) Had a rat on the second floor. Contacted management to call an exterminator and was told to leave my sliding door open all night to see if it would leave. Would not except such a crazy answer (why to bring more in and have my apartment broken into). Thus had to pay $300 to hire my own exterminator when the rat came in due to management not fixing holes in the building.
2) Fireworks set off from the third floor into the common areas. Buy renters insurance because management told me to ignore the situation.
3) Irresponsible/inconsiderate neighbors- who uses bleach in a public washer. Lost $400 worth of dark work clothes.
4) Accounting department the worst I have seen.
Save yourself some time. Look elsewhere.
