TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2003   I've been here for almost 10 years now. It was perfect when I moved in. BUT! Once the tech advancement in silicon valley kicked in, the type of people changed drastically. The neighbors here are terrible! The kids are running around 24/7 screaming, lawn mowing/leave blowing is constantly in motion! There is no peace and quiet here! The management tries to pull you in with fancy decorated monthly newsletters that's just a waste of the high rent we're paying. Sure we got 2 pools: one with diapered kids, and one with ducks, dogs, and squirrels swimming! We have complimentary foods too, but how hard is it to buy muffins at Safeway' Oh, and don't forget. All the exercise and activities' No one in their right mind would go. Maintanence is terrible too. It takes them more than a week to respond! The walls are thin, so you can practically hear your neighbor's conversations. Some residents open their window and listen to LOUD music on the balcony! My main problem is the noise. Thank god I live on the top floor. My neighbor friend said that there are rats and roaches at her 1st floor apartment. Parking sucks too. We used to have quality food, entertainment, and maintanence. Now, all employees are sales clerks. I would've moved away a long time ago if it weren't for the kids and their great school. There are no openings at other apartments, so we have to stay. How sad.... But hear my warning: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! It's not worth it.
