DO NOT MOVE INTO NORTHPARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   NorthPark manages its property WORSE than a SLUM LORD. At least a SLUM LORD is obvious with their intentions. The manager has NO ETHICS and people skills. She is NEVER THERE, she NEVER returns phone calls and NEVER keeps her promises to fix things. Rents are inconsistent meaning most people pay different monthly rents, TOTAL DISCRIMINATION!!! Too bad there in no RENT CONTROL in Burlingame FYI- YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK EVEN IF YOU LEAVE THE PLACE CLEANER THAN WHEN YOU MOVED IN, THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! Lousy security, cars have been vandalized and stolen most likely because of it's adajacent location to freeway on ramp and poor secuity services. My advice is to shop around, there are alot of NICER APARTMENTS for alot less $$$$ Regretfully yours, Former NorthPark Resident
