Too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
The rents at this apartments are too expensive. I had stayed for 6 months here and the lease became month to month. They refused to reduce the rent for the month to month lease and wanted me to sign another 6 month lease for the rent to reduce.
Finally they did make a minuscle, name sake rent reduction of less than 10%. However I am moving out for lesser priced apartments.
