Northpark Apartments

NOT WORTH IT........!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   When I moved into this place (4 years ago)was pretty decent place. But after 1 year, i realized this place has serious problems. 1. Noisy: the wall is so thin..i can hear my neighbor's voice, tv and music at nite. 2. Old and Broken: 1970s buildings, AGING equipments (water pipe leaks, broken heater, etc), elevator ALWAYS broken (sometimes stop in the middle of the floor). 3. Poor management: BAD attitude, I NEVER see them working, I had to walk around the apartment to find an empty place 'coz NEVER return my phone. DIRTY laundry room. 4. Recreation Area: RUDE staff (B***ing all the time), messy clubhouse. 5. Maintenance: POOR, i have to wait one week to fix my bathroom fan, require multiple trips by maintenance. 6. Parking: DIFFICULT to find parking even though they have BIG parking space. Everything is BAD.....NOT RECOMMENDED
