CAUTION....DANGER.....LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

This has been one of the worst place I've ever lived in. First, parking....one assigned even for 2 BR apts. You better be home before 3pm or you will have to park 1/2 mile from the complex. Second, the walls are so thin. You can hear loud noises in the middle of the night: tv, music, people moaning. Third, the noise...oh, at the middle of the night, people are yelling at each other. Our apartment is by the entrance, so until 3 am, you have people buzzing and talking thru the intercom. Most of the time, some drunks would buzz the intercom late at night and you can here the loud cursing going on. Oh, not to mention the train...i thought it was bad already before the baby bullet trains. It is very convenient to have the station right in front of the complex...but, oh man, it's horrible. The train starts at 5am and ends at 1:30am. Every 15 mins. from 5am to 10am and then every hour until 4pm and back again to every 15 mins. If you want to get deaf faster...this is the place for you. Anyway, forget about staying in and watch TV...you can't here the TV when the train passes by. Oh and if you have a bad heart and jumpy, it don't recommend this place either....the stupid train sounds its horn whenever it passes by from 10pm to 1am.

Last but not the least of all the problems in this place....the staff. Pat, the person in the front office...I don't know what she's on..but, trying talking to her so many times, she still would not remember your name. Our lease is to end of the year and we asked for a downgrade to a 1 br and she said no vacancies. How could that be...I've seen 5 U-hauls in one weekend at one time...and no vacancies. Give me a break!!! Don't event want to keep their tenants here. They want some fresh new blood to suck. Oh...now, if things has not been worst, two fires have occurred during the last 3 months and the units behind the complexed got burned. Now they are sending memos to the tenants to attend a meeting for fire safety. They said the cause of the fire was due to because "tenants look away from their pans". Oh, like that's the problem...it's defective fire alarm. In our apt. I hate our fire alarm, it goes off even their is no smoke. I turned on the heater one time and the alarm went off.

Now, we don't even care if they have a 1 br vacancy. They said it would cost $1200 because they cannot give discounts to current tenants...only new comers... full of BS. Like I said...they don't like to keep their tenants happy...they want new blood to suck. Oh well...we are moving out as soon as the lease is over. If we could jump the lease...we would have left long time ago. This is one lesson learned...I hope you re-live it.
