I uset to live at the NothPark and the staff is rude with you, there is so much noise from the freeway, the treen,I was living right in front of the car deler and almost every night theywould unload cars at 2 A.M. in the morning, plus 2 fire stations around that area. The cops over there will not like you unless you are white, once I got a ticket for bike riding near a Caltren Station. Now the bulding is old, the hallway is nasty, the plance that you can dump your trash smells really bad and some tenants will leave the trash out side in the stairs. The elevedor never works, and inside the feeling is that you going to fall to the botton at any moment.Sometimes the elevetor door will close but the elevedor will not move, if that happens with you,kick the door as hard you can it may help. Now I'm living at Serramonte Ridge, it is a preddy nice place,really calm, the staff is nice . good place to be. The only thing that is no that great is the rent amount with is 1445 for 2 bed 1 and half bath. But the NorthPark pleople want amost the same amount, a little bit more a may say. Another bad thing about the NorthPark the are having a construction at the place,so none of their facilities are working. More noise.
