Northpark Apartments

Where to start... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I wish I had heard about this site before I rented an apartment at Northpark. First, let's talk about the location right next to the Caltrain, the 101, and the airport. The train starts at 4:50am and continues to about midnight, running approximately every 20 to 30 minutes. So, kiss those nights of sleep goodbye. On top of the train, the constant sound of the 101 and occasional large airplane taking off make it even more unbearable. The complex is loud. I can hear my neighbors arguing or doing other things. ;) Oh... If you have neighbors of different cultural backgrounds, you'll be smelling their dinner in your apartment for days (especially if it is fish!!!) The staff is incompetent. (On the day I moved in they were more interested in my certified check than anything else...) Oh, they checked my credit history before I gave them permission to do so... So, watch out!!! I rented this apartment since I felt that it was cheap and clean. Spend the extra hundred bucks and get yourself a decent place!!
