I currently live in Northpark. I have lived there for 2.5 years. I will not recommend this place. A year ago, I had a fire in my apartment building. After the fire, management partialy evacuated the building, and begin a major reneovation in the building and ultimatly in the entire complex. To make a story short, we basicaly end up and still are living in a construction zone. It has been over a year now, and the work is still not finished. Now after all the agony of living under these conditions, I get a rent increase since the construction is about to be complete, which lead to the 2nd problem.
Beaware, the mangement of this company will trap you with free first month, and all kind of goodies. Once you sign a lease, expect that withing one month before your lease expire, I guarantee you that you will get a note for a rent increase.
Service stinks. The place has been a diseaster because of construction, and poor management. My car was broken into twice before they finally start to clean and enforce parking rules. I had people walking and jumping into my balacony. Made several complains, they are still working on my complians.
Beaware of the freeway. Many of the buildings on Rollins rolls are noisy at night because of the freeway, and on Caroline because of the train. Stay away from these buildings.
In the summer the swiming pools are a big zoo.
