they overcharged you with cleaning fees From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   the stereo components in my car got stolen. there is ONE security guard ON FOOT during the midnite hours patrolling 10 bldgs. rent goes up $100 every time your lease expires. they charged $85 for carpet cleaning & $120 cleaning fees when you moved out even when you leave the place the same way you moved in. the management is unfriendly & does not care at all about the tenants. the parking lights are busted.
