I am currently moving out of Northpark Apartments and have given my 30 day notice. I will be relocated to Vancouver that is why I have to move out soon. As opposed to what other former residents were saying, theirs are isolated cases. The leasing office staff are very helpful and are doing their jobs great. Of course if you are locked out during after office hours, you need to call your own locksmith just as how it is stated on your contract clearly. Some of the residents have 5 to 6 cars that is why they probably have difficulties parking. I live in a building under renovation and it does not really bother me a lot because I work during the day. Construction is only in day time. If you choose to live here, you must have understood that you will be experiencing this as you were told before you signed your contract. There is no sense complaining now. The Northpark company needs to do the renovation as it has to be done.At the end, you will all benefit to that and will have a better place to live. Where can you find a complex with all the amenities you need to be happy' All activities are free and accessible. The end point is that if you do not like being in a building under renovation, then, do not rent. In conclusion, I love being at Northpark and will consider renting back again in the future. Thanks to the Staff and friends that I have gained during my stay.
