I moved out Northpark at the end of the summer due to a job relocation. I must say only a few of the staff was great and helpful. The manager was always so rude! not only to the residents but also the employees. The asistant manager never returned my calls regarding my deposit, and when I did finally speak to her (since I called numerous times and she happened to answer the phone), she brushed me off saying she will look into in and call me back. Guess what' She never called me back! It is now 5 months since I lived there and all I can say is with Management that is rude and never helpful, I sure will not go back to Northpark! oh and BEWARE! All the renovations is just covering up the problems. It sure is going to look nice outside but wait until you step foot in the lobby, hallways and the drabby old cabinets.
