Filthy and not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   The dumpsters are not locked. So you'll find a lot of flies near the dumpster area. It's really gross. Renovation has been over 2 years. It's very disturbing! Carpet in the hallway is old and dirty. They never steam clean the carpet. The lobby is disgusting. They pulled out the carpet and never put it back for over a year. And they put a sign saying "pardon our dust...." Elevator is always out of order. People always get trapped in the elevator. If you move here, don't use the elevator. The detergent they use to clean the elevator smells very bad. Very hard to find parking if you have a second car. The clubhouse is very nice. The staff is also very nice. Some maintenance staff is kind of rude but they are very efficient.
