Cover up with the re-model-This place is awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place just sucks. The management has no understanding or flexibility and the staff is incompetent. For some reason they seem to think that this apartment complex is the best thing since sliced bread. Which sure the outside looks pretty but take on look inside at the trashed lobby s and gross hallway carpets. Our neighbor smokes so that lovely smell fills up the entire hallway. The apartments are not modern at all. We had our fridge go out on us several times with no apology or sense of urgency to fix it. Even worse the maintenance guy dropped his dolly on our nice table and ruined it. I thought having to throw out all of our food was bad enough then you ruin out table. Oh and best of all they jack up your rent when the lease is up. And now they are doing this new thing where they are charging the tenants for trash and water etc. I think the management or owner is in some debt. The place is NOISY. We moved from the city here, and I got more quiet time and sleep in the city then I do here. Spare yourself the hassle and frustration don't live here. I can't wait to move out.
