Great landscape but unfair management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Not ideal for family. Apartments are very small, walls are thin and hence noisy. But no complaints regarding staff. If you want to be awakened by your neighbour flushing his toilet this is a great place. Rent keeps rising ($150) every time you renew your lease. Read contract carefully because we end up paying atrocious charges for water, sewer and trash without proper intimation. You could definitely find another place for less. Think before you ink.
