I have lived here since January 2007... When I first came to the apartments, they indicated that everything was under construction and should be completed within 1 to 1.5 years... It is now 2.5 years later and I haven't seen construction on any part of the apartments budge...
The lobby has had an under construction sign since I've moved in and the only thing they've fixed in the lobby was the paint on the walls, which they've done a few months ago, however they have yet to do the new carpeting etc...
They also informed me that our apts would be remodeled in the coming years, after 2.5 years, I'm tired of waiting...

I hear my neighbors constantly, smell whatever they are smoking or cooking and hear cal-train till all hours of the night despite the 'double paned' windows...

The staff has been pretty friendly to me so far and my rent hasn't been raised in the last 3 leases, so I guess those are on the plus side.
