... for me, dont like it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   People is quiet but car.... sooo noisy, but depend on unit. Beautiful landscape but this is also depend on unit. 2 years ago, $450 rent was raise and keep it when I left. Manager never help it. Just only say ask to owner, so stupid. They cannot do anything. Apartment is average, expensive but nice located; however, NO-Rent control!!! After 6 month or 1 year, a lot of people left the Apt so every weekend come U-haul and left U-haul lol.
