When we moved in to Skyline, the management was very nice and helpful. The apartment looked like something out of a Family Affair. I expected to run into Buffy and Mr. French at any moment. The maintenance guys were ok, for the most part, though not the most responsive. The elevators, and the security doors were a pain to deal with - always getting in your way. Also, keep in mind this place is literally one half block away from the freeway. Don't move here unless you like constant noise.

When we moved out, we had a dispute with our management over cleaning costs - we spent three days cleaning the place from head-to-toe, and were charged a lot of money for "cleaning." When we contacted management, all of the sudden instead of being so nice, we found we were dealing with an absolute jerk. Despite the fact that we showed management what they were charging us was illegal (and quoted the verse and chapter of the law to them) they refused to comply, very rudely I must add. All in all, I would NOT recommend this place, unless you're willing to allow some of rental deposit to get stolen from you.
