I love the apartment but some changes can be made. The gym needs to be expanded and installed with new equipment. The equipment at the gym is pretty much useless. Function room should be more secluded from the people that actually live within the function room.
The apartments are definitely spacious and with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms should make more sense such as having two full baths instead of 1.5. The shower is in the master bedroom while the bathtub is in the common area. Common area should have a shower as well for guests to use.
