Skyline Terrace Apartments

Huge space; extreme noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   There are few apartments in the complex where the noise from I280 cannot be experienced at high levels. On the upside, the two bedroom apartments are spacious, the windows are huge, and the heating (at least when I lived there) was covered by the rent (except for the heater fan which runs on your bill.) Local management and maintenance was very attentive, although the office was closed at inconvenient times making repetitive trips to the office necessary. Overall, the neighborhood is beautiful and scenic, if you can withstand the noise.
