Tenants under new lease gouged on water bill. Take total water bill for complex and divide by new leases. Charged $200/mo for water--only two people! Lobby new--everything else old. Complex for sale--owners in need of cash. Jacking-up rents again--no upgrades. Management not honest. Place gone downhill. Look elsewhere. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
