The landlords are heartless! They just raised their rent between $700 to over $1000 which is at least 35% increase over last year. On top of that they are charging all utilities including water and garbage which older tenants didn't have to pay before. Many families with children and elderly couples are forced to vacate this apartment but the landlords don't care. They are not doing any special maintenance around the apartment to justify this raise in rent. Extremly disappointed in how they justify such ridiculous increase in rent.

I agree with this anonymous poster that the property owners are heartless!!! In my opinion, they are greedy bastards!!! I lived in this complex and must say that other than placing a few light fixtures in the pool area, no improvements were made that would justify the rent increases. Sure, the location is convenient and the units are generally larger than what you might find elsewhere, but what the owners are doing is shameful. I saw so many people leave that the vacancy rate now must be high. I really hope the astronomical rents these guys are charging deter potential tenants from considering this complex.

Do they raise the rent when your lease ends. When you originally sign lets say a year lease they cant raise your rent during that period can they?
