Many complaints about theft. Construction has not been completed. Main doors remain propped open despite repeated requests to management to fix the doors properly. Visitor phone remains out of order after several months. Jackhammering wakes you up and your view is a large mound of dirt from a dug up swimming pool. There is dust, debris, and dirt everywhere from several unfinished superficial beautification projects. I will take a lot of pictures soon for your viewing pleasure.
The office has a new female who remains unnamed because she didn't bother to introduce herself before yelling at me. She is either the new manager (2 other managers have left in 8 months!) and/or another addition to their staff of unprofessional, offensive, and always striving-to-be inefficient staff.
Rent used to be reasonable for a severely outdated (scratched bathtubs, worn fixtures, painted over surfaces, clogged pipes, etc) but spacious unit. Now, rent is considered outrageous for outdated, dirty, noisy surroundings run by amateurs who do not know the definition of customer service. TOXIC!!
